Full planning and coordination, over a whole weekend
This is the package I recommend for a château or wine-estate wedding: full planning of your wedding, 12 to 24 months before the date, then coordination of every moment, from the welcome dinner to the next-day brunch.

Invisible orchestration
You have planned everything? I take over so that your big day runs without you having to worry. Coordination package from €2,200, to be booked 6 to 12 months before the date.
6 to 8 months before: a meeting with each of your suppliers, the draft timeline of your wedding day, contact with your witnesses and loved ones.
2 to 3 months before: a technical visit of the venue with the suppliers, a ten-page summary given to each of them, a video call every two weeks for the final details.
On the day: from 9 am to midnight, from getting ready to the first dance, 2 people from the agency at every wedding, welcoming suppliers and guests, discreet handling of the unexpected.
A setting that reflects you
With our partner florists and wedding designer, we create the world of your wedding: flowers, lighting, tableware and decor hire, designed for the venue and for you. Quote on request.
Getting married in France
Franco-American, Franco-Canadian, Franco-British or Swiss couples: I guide you remotely, by video call, until you arrive in France, with bilingual suppliers. A legal civil wedding in France requires at least one month of residence, so we often plan a symbolic ceremony.
Speech coaching: for your witnesses and loved ones who give a speech, preparation and rehearsal, from €600.
