What full planning includes
A smooth wedding starts long before the big day. I guide you step by step, so that every decision is simple and serene, while I take care of the structure.
- Your personal access to the Wedding Plan app
- A briefing meeting and a precise specification
- 1 to 3 suppliers suggested for each category
- Contract review and attendance at supplier meetings
- A detailed timeline as soon as the venue and date are set
- Budget and payment tracking (3 meetings)
- At least one catch-up a month, by video call or in person

Invisible orchestration
6 to 8 months before

For wedding budgets above €67,000: fees of 10% of the budget.

Your questions about prices
It all depends on the experience you wish to live and share with your guests. For a three-day wedding at a château or wine estate, allow from €45,000. From our very first meeting, I help you build a realistic budget.
Clear flat fees, from €2,200 for wedding-day coordination to €6,600 for the Signature 3-day weekend package. For wedding budgets above €67,000, my fees are 10% of the total budget. Payment in three instalments: 30% on signing, 40% eight months before, 30% in the final month. Speech coaching for your loved ones: from €600, on request.
For full planning between May and September, ideally 18 to 24 months before the date: the finest venues and suppliers book early. For coordination only, 6 to 12 months before.
