FAQ: your questions for your wedding planner in the Beaujolais and Burgundy

Budget, fees, timing, suppliers, couples coming from abroad: here are the questions I am asked most often before planning a château or wine-estate wedding in the Beaujolais, the Lyon area, Southern Burgundy and the Bresse.
When should we get in touch?
For full planning between May and September, ideally 18 to 24 months before the date: the finest venues and suppliers book early. For coordination only, 6 to 12 months before.
What budget should we plan for?
It all depends on the experience you wish to live and share with your guests. For a three-day wedding at a château or wine estate, allow from €45,000. From our very first meeting, I help you build a realistic budget.
How are your fees calculated?
Clear flat fees, from €2,200 for wedding-day coordination to €6,600 for the Signature 3-day weekend package. For wedding budgets above €67,000, my fees are 10% of the total budget. Payment in three instalments: 30% on signing, 40% eight months before, 30% in the final month. Speech coaching for your loved ones: from €600, on request.
We have already started planning. Can you still help?
Of course. I pick up wherever you are, review the contracts already signed and take over everything else.
Can we choose our own suppliers?
Yes. I introduce you to trusted partners chosen for their high standards, but the final word is always yours. If you already have suppliers, I coordinate them with the same care.
Will you be there on the day?
Yes, and never alone: two people from Nadège Pinvin Weddings attend every wedding. I take on only 10 to 12 weddings per season, including 6 full-planning weddings, so that I am fully available to each of my couples.
What if it rains?
Every wedding has a plan B, built in from the choice of venue: an indoor space, marquees or another layout. On the day, I make the call and handle the switch. You simply enjoy.
Are you insured?
Yes. My wedding planning business is covered by professional liability insurance with Generali. The certificate is available on request.
Where do you work?
Mainly in the Beaujolais, the Lyon area, Southern Burgundy and the Bresse. I travel anywhere in France on request, with travel costs shown in the quote.
Do you work with international couples?
Yes, it is one of my specialities: Franco-American, Franco-Canadian, Franco-British and Swiss couples. I work with bilingual suppliers and guide you remotely, by video call, until you arrive in France.
What is the first step?
A free 2-hour discovery meeting, with no commitment. We talk about you, your wishes and your budget, then I send you a tailored proposal.
Good to know. Additional costs: a hot meal for the team on the wedding day; €0.80/km beyond 80 km for venue visits; accommodation of €90 beyond one hour’s drive. Decor: hire and design with our partner wedding designer, quote on request.
Let's talk about your wedding
